Adam Conrad is the Co-Founder and CEO of Intogreat Solutions. An accountant by training, Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). From 2003 to 2017, he built his career with leading organisations including Accenture, Deutsche Bank, and ANZ Bank, where he gained first-hand insight into how large enterprises successfully leveraged outsourcing and offshoring. During this time, he also saw the challenges and learned what truly drives success.
In 2018, Adam co-founded Intogreat Solutions with the vision of doing things differently. Instead of following the traditional outsourcing or offshoring models, Intogreat was designed as a hybrid offering clients not just cost efficiency, but also greater support, control, expertise, and partnership to deliver stronger, more sustainable results.
As CEO, Adam remains deeply involved across the business, with a particular passion for working closely with clients. He is committed to making offshoring and outsourcing not just effective, but transformative, helping Intogreat onshore and offshore teams to achieve GREATness together.
