Pete has worked in the Australian general insurance industry since 2004, beginning his career as a motor claims consultant with RACV before transitioning into broking. Over more than 20 years, he has built broad experience and held leadership roles within global, suburban and boutique brokerages, developing a deep understanding of client and insurer relationships, as well as the challenges facing the intermediated market. He spent a significant period as National Business Manager with Steadfast Group, working closely with brokerages and AR groups across Australia, gaining valuable insight into what drives performance, growth and client outcomes within the network.
More recently, Pete served as GM of People and Risk at Roderick Insurance Brokers, where he gained first hand experience as an Intogreat client.
Pete lives in Ocean Grove with his wife and two children, and is a passionate follower of Australian Rules Football, cricket and Major League Baseball.
