2018
Where It All Began
Intogreat started with a small but determined team of five in its first office. This marked the beginning of our mission to build a more structured, people-first offshore delivery model.
2018-2020
Building the Foundation
By the end of 2019,
Intogreat had grown to 72 staff members, reflecting strong client demand and increasing confidence in our approach to building high-performing offshore teams.
2020
Resilience and Reinvention
Amid the global pandemic, we successfully transitioned to a remote workforce supported by a strong Business Continuity Plan, while officially establishing Intogreat as an independent entity.
2021
Scaling with Purpose
In 2021, we moved into the Felina Building in Eastwood, opening a 250-seat facility for hybrid operations and achieving ISO certification to support continued growth and excellence.
