Jovey, you have more than 17 years’ experience in information technology and security, tell me some more about your current role at Intogreat.

I lead an experienced IT team with over 60 years’ experience that supports not only all our staff but also our clients’ IT functions. We serve a wide range of industries, including accounting firms, insurance and mortgage brokers, financial planners and contact centers. We have experience working with systems and applications, and brands such as Microsoft 365, GSuite, SuiteFiles, Xero and XPM, to name but a few.

I am responsible for managing IT and security across Intogreat ‘s Infrastructure with a key emphasis on server and application administration, network administration, telephony management, information security and compliance, vendor management, systems integration, operations management, offshore support, and global delivery center management
